The interview process was great! An all day event, but the recruiting team allows you to feel very comfortable and informs you about everything and more. You come to the interview in the morning, sign in, get fingerprinted (don't worry if you don't have time to do it right away, there are other opportunities to fingerprint), and then are welcomed into the main room where the talent acquisition recruiting team introduce themselves to everyone. After their introductions, each individual applicant that is present introduces themselves to the room. You are asked to state your name, why you want to work for JetBlue, and a fun or interesting fact about yourself. Have fun with this! One of the core values that JetBlue has is having fun!
After introductions have been completed, you take a quick break and return to the room. You do a group activity with a small group of teammates while 3 recruiters watch over how well you work together. Our group activity was to build a house of cards out of index cards. They also give you directions during the time you are allotted to switch roles, work quietly, etc.
After the team activity, you sit through a presentation where they go over everything about the postion with JetBlue, including (as mentioned before) job description, working hours, reserve/line-holding, benefits, salary, uniform, etc. You are also able to ask questions during this period.
When the presentation is complete, you take a lunch break, and return to do your individual interview, a "debriefing", and your PA announcement, all three of which are on a two-recruiters to one "you" basis. No need to feel nervous though because they are all so friendly and are there to help. You truly get the feeling that everyone at JetBlue LOVES working for the company!
I feel like I did very well in the interview thanks to all of the interview reviews on GlassDoor! I hope this helps you too in the future!
