The first interview was online asking 5 questions and playing 3 games. There was no one on the other end it was just audio. Then I got an invitation for a 45 min in person interview.

The overall process was great and very quick! The phone interview was simple. Directions explained well. F2f interview was myself and two hiring managers. They were great, very welcoming. Also, they were very interactive and enthusiastic. Do research about the company.

Fairly easy, many questions about customer service and teamwork. It was a test, virtual interview, in person interview, drug test, then they sent the offer.
Be aware that you may end up staying late if a flight is delayed. They share all of this information with you upfront.

AMAZING! They really care and the process is super easy. It is not short and the wait time is long but very rewarding. Jet Blue is an amazing company and they care about their employees.
