Applied online. Got an email, have to take an online test. Then a virtual phone interview. Then they call you for the group interview at that I was given my drug test papers. Then they do a very extensive 10 year background check, it took about 3 weeks to come back.

Explain a conflict in a past job. How did I handle it? What was the outcome?
Phone questions and in-person interview. Most questions are about previous customer service jobs. If offered, it is followed by an approximate 3 weeks in center training and 90 day commitment.
It was an okay interview. First there's a virtual presentation about the company, work/ life balance the and pay. Then shortly after your scheduled group interview. Dress professionally and make sure you have a Microsoft teams account up and ready to go.

The company starts with an orientation informing you about the job description and the pay. The payment isn’t much and the benefits are okay. Whoever is still there is likely hired.
