I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in May 2016
Interview
The timeline of my interview process was as follows
-April 15, 2016- Submit application (easy)
-May 2, 2016 - online questionnaire: Series of situational questions to which you respond, agree, strongly disagree, and so on... They're looking for consistency with this one so when they repeat a question make sure you give the same answers. (easy)
-May 11, 2016 - Video Interview: There were 3 questions they asked and you had about 10 seconds to read it then it automatically starts recording your answer. You have 2 minutes, if I remember correctly, to answer then it submits. I personally thought I did horrible on this because I was so nervous and caught off guard by the questions. Don't forget to dress the part!! But apparently I did fine because I was moved on to a face to face interview! (hard)
-June 6, 2016- Face to face (no idea, it's tomorrow)

Question 1
What appeals you to the inflight position at JetBlue?
The interview process was virtual with several questions and assessments. Overall good experience and about 20 minutes. Just take your time in answering the questions as best as you can and be yourself.
All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2025
Interview
I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th.
I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are.
No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now.
After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
