      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JetBlue in Apr 2016

      Interview

Filled out the application and resume. About 6 days later they invited me for a questionnaire. 1 day later they invited me for a video interview. I thought I did great on it, I was genuine, smiled a lot and answered as truthfully as possible while staying professional.A video interview sounds like it will be easy, but talking to yourself while the video is recording with NO TIME to even process the question is not easy. The questions are not difficult its more of the intimidation of staring at yourself answering them and trying not to mess up because you can not re-record your answers. So a word of advice, PRACTICE. About 3 days later i received an email that they would not be moving me forward in the application process. Of course I was shocked so I called a friend who worked there and she even wrote me a recommendation and she told me that they only have about 75 openings and 3000 applicants. My advice to all is of course to try because you could be the lucky 1 in 75 however do not get your hopes up because JetBlue is a smaller company compared to United, American Airlines, Delta etc. So when they hire, they only hire x amount of people at a time and i personally do not believe its a fair fight. I do really like JetBlue overall, my friend loves her job and benefits are amazing as I've been told so I will keep trying and reapply in 6 months. I hope this helps everyone. By the way just a background on me, I am I recent college grad with only experience in serving, bartending and customer service. I am brand new to the airline industry. Oh and for the video interview, keep all tattoos covered, sit in an appropriate quiet room with good lighting, dress the part, (hair pulled back, studs/pearls, blouse not form fitting, blazer, light makeup, bold lips) smile into the camera not to the screen. PRACTICE TALKING BEFORE YOU JUST JUMP INTO THE VIDEO! GOOD LUCK TO ALL! :)

All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2025

      Interview

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th. I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are. No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now. After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
