Call with recruiter followed by a call with HR. Both 30mins- 1 hrs calls. Laid back call, they are just trying to get to know you and tell you more about the position.

Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond at your previous job.
I had a Phone call from an HR representative ,initial phone screen. Typical pilot questions. Very nice and professional conversation. I enjoyed the experience. Explained the operation and schedule. Phone call lasted one hour.

The interview was over the phone, conducted by the chief pilot. they are trying to see if you could adjust to their schedule ( 8 hard days off in a month).
