Assessment and in person interview with 2 different interviewers on the same day. I will say this if you pass the interview don't get your hopes up unless you have absolutely no experience they have very few employees and will do whatever they can to save a buck. Sure the atmosphere was cool, but they like to give the run around and do not have their things together. They want to compete with amazon haha Goodluck. I am not bitter about not getting the position since I was offered a better opportunity, but I am bitter about the continual asking me to call back and constantly being asked to do so just to pursue others. You don't just lead a candidate on you should be more generous about reasonings and not waste time

I applied the end of May and received a quick response letting me know the next steps. They called me in for an interview later in the week. The interviewer did forget to email me the instructions until a few hours before the interview but other than that everything went smoothly. The interview was straight forward and quick. It was a casual setting for the most part.

Super fast and easy, Erin was awesome and made the whole experience even better. After i did the phone interview, I was invited for an in person which i felt really nervous at because this was my 3rd time applying, but after leaving I felt confident that i would have the job

Interview
The interview process has improved since last year. They did away with the 45 min assessment you had to take, and replaced it with a virtual interview. You still have to make it through 3 face to face interviews after that, but i thought all the questions they asked were applicable and they encourage you to ask questions. You are offered a bottled water while you wait and everyone is very polite and you get that "laid back" vibe.
