Interview
The interview process was one of the best I experienced. It started with a brief phone interview with HR then a game on your phone. The next step was a phone interview with another manager that involved a case. The final round was in person interviews with four jet heads in the hoboken office.

Each interviewer asked a case question that tested what you would do in a situation. Brush up on your supply chain concepts and knowledge to be prepared for any questions the interviewers may ask.

Interview
I responded to a LinkedIn message from a Jet recruiter and we set up a call a few days later - the call was behavioral and focused on things like why jet, why you're looking to switch jobs, etc. Then had to do a game-based assessment. The next round was a phone interview with a manager in supply chain that included a case problem related to the role. Final round was an on-site interview of three 30 min interviews with supply chain JetHeads that each included a case and a few "tell me about a time when..." questions.
