The interview was a virtual meeting on Zoom with a few members at JRS. It was arranged via an email invitation and lasted about 45 minutes. It was followed up with an email acceptance notification within the next couple of days.

It is fair and transparent and in a relax atmosphere. I was given adequate time to answer the interview questions.
The outcome or result of the interview was swift. I got a call for the job in 3 hours after the interview

My offer was rescinded after asking about the possibility to negotiate. They did not say “this is the best we can do,” just straight up rescinded the offer. When I followed up the day of, they had already made an offer to another individual. Would not recommend negotiating if you really need/want the job. Tread carefully.
Otherwise, pretty straightforward process. there was a screening call with HR, then panel interview with both the development and ops directors.
