I applied online. I interviewed at Jerry (New York, NY) in Apr 2022
Interview
Jerry has a very structural interview process, which involves multiple rounds, with completely different aims in each round. Jerry highly emphasizes culture fit. Only the top talents could pass the interviews.
very friendly interviewer, focused more on your story and who you are then your experience, less technical, very conversational. they will ask you about what you know about the company as they give you a deck beforehand so be sure to know about that

Application
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jerry (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
I would highly recommend saving your time when it comes to this company. I made the mistake of reading the reviews below and thinking, "it can't be that bad", but every single review below was exactly on point with what you can expect out of the experience. As a recruiter myself, I can tell you that the interviewing team has no idea what they are doing or how to find top talent. They will have you go through 5+ rounds of interviews and completely waste your time, all to give you feedback that should have been clear for the company to determine in the first rounds of interviews. While the interview team was kind, they are all extremely pretentious, and not afraid to show it.
