I had a brief phone interview a weeks after I applied, followed up with an in-person interview a week later. The phone interview included more classic interview type questions about strengths and weaknesses, and some specifics about my resume. The in-person interview was much more laid back, and was more of a conversation about the position and how I would fit in

Brief phone call with HR, typical stuff. Followed by test project sent over by senior manager. After that another phone interview with department head. Job offer sent about 1 week after.
