Interview
First round screener, superday and final interview. First round was very casual conversation with some Baha’i oral and fit questions. Superday had 3 interviews with behavioral and technical components. I would recommend studying technicals and about Jefferies culture or whatever you can say for fit questions
Smooth, kind, technical
People interviewing me were generally kind, wanted to really know who I am and at the same time wanted to know if I was really interested in equity
Process was organized. The conversation was fast-paced but conversational, reflecting the culture of Sales & Trading.
Interviewer focused on market knowledge, behavioral questions, and a little technical understanding of equities and macro trends. They were clearly assessing both technical competence and personality fit, especially comfort with high-pressure environments and strong communication skills.
Overall, the experience felt competitive but fair
