Basic questions about clinical research, pharmacology, adr, BABE studies, etc involves technical interview, face to face round- mix of both technical and HR round. In salary discussion is worst, there don't even respect the degree and course even done, what is the pay they are ranging for a CRA 12,000 for a bond of 2 years. For this 1 can graze a cow, then they told work get the experience, what about food and basic needs, 12k what you will have for 12 k in hyderabad city. Better hire for slavery in of role CRA. FELT ASSHAMED of my self for doing clinical research and B pharmacy. If you are willing to join or interview in such company make sure of salary, for fulfilling needs at least.
