They brought me in for a group interview. I met with all the ldp associates, plant workers and toured facility. I was sat down and asked to describe myself and my prior work/ education. It was relatively easy and the group is ultimately picking who they think will work hard, not quit (so they dont have to retrain) and someone that wont annoy them.
