Straightforward questions asked during the interview. Phone screen, onsite interview , at home assignment were given to be completed at home, the phone interview was simple, on site interview was done on white board in 2013 this was the process.
Online video call interview (via teams) with a few members of the team. Lasted about 40 minutes. Spoke to HR over the phone prior to the interview. Quick to provide feedback

Interview
Asked to come in for an interview and 3 hour trial. I was then invited back to do another 3 hour trial after they confirmed they were happy with me and the work I produced. Were offended when I said I would not do free labour and put the job advert back up after I said that!
