How do you approach user research?
I got shortlisted, and they gave me the assignment for product design. I submitted the assignment on time. They didn't reply for 15 days. I sent them multiple follow-up emails, but no response. Later on, after a month, I got a rejection mail stating that I didn't submit the assignment. It was a terrible experience because even after completing the assignment and sending follow-up emails for the same, this reasoning doesn't justify it. I also messaged the lead designer on LinkedIn, but still no response. Both time and effort got wasted.
