I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Janes (Washington, DC)
Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. First was with the HR representative to vet you. Second was with the hiring manager and team, standard questions regarding your qualifications and knowledge. After the second interview you'll be given an assignment based on which department you're interviewing for. Third and final interview is to assess your cultural fit with the company.
The overall process is long, about a month from start to finish. Overall, however, it is very simple apart from the assessment which itself is not all that complicated. Any experience with open source information investigation should help you get through it.

Interview
Initial interview was a Microsoft Teams call. The interview kept their camera off for the duration of the call so it was more akin to a phone call. The next step would have been another call with the specific hiring manger for the role.
