I applied via their website and a recruiter was in touch the next day to discuss practicalities and schedule an interview. I interviewed with an engineer and they asked some technical and some behavioral questions. The following week they let very respectfully let me know I probably wasn't the best fit for the position.

First interview tech screening: quick session, questions about network and linux. Then I was ghosted by recruiter for 2 weeks, received rejection email and no feedback was ever shared.
