Interview
Pass the initial screening. Call from HR about the first phone interview. 1-hour interview on Zoom solving algorithmic problems. The interviewer was bad because he didn't pay attention to my solving/thinking process.

Question 1
Telling about yourself and your experience. Then, algorithm problems focused more on OOP, and design than efficiency and complexity.
it was nice. He was very kind and talkative. he explained the problem quite clearly. It was good experience. Will apply again definitely. Jane street is very good. You guys shud apply too
Fast and efficient, everyone is friendly.
The interview was fully techinical, no background or behavioral questions for me. The style is very collaborative — asking for hint in a proper way would be considered a plus I guess.
First round was online, one round of 1hr class design questions.
Given a class interface, you need to implement it with another given class interface. My question is like a general tree question.
You kinda need to go far enough to get to next round, so if you're too slow or have trouble solving easier parts, you cannot make it. I didn't move on.
