Phone interview. Asked math/probability questions verbally. Got the first one, was confused on the second one. Interviewer seemed busy, like the interview wasn't his priority at the moment. Didn't get the job.

Handshake lemma, and something about conditional probability
Multiple rounds of phone interview (voice call only) with increasingly difficult math brainteasers, final interview day in person with multiple gambling / trading problems with various Jane Street traders and recruiters.
Written task where you analyse some given data, followed by a phone interview where you solve some challenging brain-teaser questions live. Algorithmic thinking and strong analytical skills is what they're looking for.
