Recruiters were cool but the company seems like a cult after looking into it further. Not an authentic environment. Decided not to pursue the opportunity. Go to a place that treats employees like people.

Interview
Overall pleasant, not as many technical questions, more focused on how fast you can find the information in the KB. They do a live test call where they ask you to help a customer with registration when their calendar space looks like it is blocked.
So clear and thorough! I felt supported the whole time and felt like the team that was interviewing me kept me updated consistently throughout the whole experience. Everyone was so kind and lovely.
