Jane Addams Resource interview questions

Short phone screen then interview with director. Went well and questions were typical interview questions. I completed my process 10+ years ago; however, the leadership is the same; they're just in different roles. My understanding of the interview process is the same.

The hiring was very simple and straightforward. I got called and we coordinated a time to conduct the interview. I came into Jane Addams I did my interview and was offered to position on the spot.
