Interview
Basic questions, ask about prior work experience and education status/level. Asked about work ethic and attitude, and how you handle difficult situations. Asked what your preferred time to work (day or night).
Was for multiple summer positions so they held an open interview event for anyone to come. Was one on one with a shift lead and than after that finished they had me stay later and brought out the general manager.
Simple, outdoors, interviewer will throw a curveball question that will not influence the interview outcome. Mostly discussed availability, myself as well as where I see my self in a few years.
