I was first contacted by the Recruiting Manager to set up time for a phone interview and learn more about the position. There was a convenient online calendar to set up a preferred time for all. The following week, I was contacted by the Recruiting Manager to set up time for a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. I then had in person interviews the end of the next week for 1/2 a day. Before the interviews began, I was given a tour of the office, which is a great work space. The Recruiting Manager called me the following week to update me and let me know they had not reached a decision yet and would be checking references. The update was much appreciated. I was offered the position the next week. The process was very organized, respectful and a positive experience. The people I interviewed with were all welcoming, informative and ensured the position was a good fit.
