I was approached by a recruiter who sent me a huge questionnaire. Later, the same recruiter scheduled an interview, which he canceled a few hours before it was supposed to happen. I kept trying to get in touch via email, but after a few weeks, the recruiter got back to me, informing me that the position had already been filled. In summary, another outsourcing company that shows no respect for candidates. This demonstrates a complete lack of organization within the company.

Arrogance, so much ego, interviewers did not accept corrections, as a senior engineer I had observations to their questions, it went really bad, they were sticked to their outdated knowledge, never ever I will accept another interview there.
