I used a staffing agency. They did pretesting on a variety of software applications, and did a pre-interview. Then I went to an interview at their office in Calgary. Unfortunately I knew the person I was replacing, and I should not have said "Hello" to here. Actually think I will be happier not working there; a near miss.
