Awesome! Several members from leadership dropped in to say hello and introduce themselves. Very warm/welcoming environment. I was asked a series of questions regarding my education and experience in the field.

Interview
I had a phone interview with one of the BCBA's on staff and then I interviewed with the Educational Director and Clinical Director at the school. I was taken on a tour and explained in detail what the expectations of my position would entail.

They inquired about my previous therapy position with regards to what types of targets I had (behavioral vs acquisition), my ability to use assessment tools as well as experience with aggression and self-injurious children.

One interview then hired next day. Pretty desperate for people and high turnover because of crazy lady running the place. They only really like kids who follow without questioning authority.
