The only way that the company will conduct an interview is if you apply first online. I applied online and did a follow up call to the manager in charge of hiring. We set up a day. The application process is pretty straight forward. Its fast food not brain surgery.

Most of the questions asked concern with the type of personality you have. it is a costumer service job so people that get hired are usually outgoing. The usual questions were asked. Why do you want to work here? Is the costumer always right?

the environment and the staff was very friendly, the managers got to know who you are and explained how things work. they ask a serious of questions regarding your qualifications and your lifestyle.

I turned in a resume and was told to fill out and turn in the paper application. I got a call a few days later for an interview. I was interviewed by two of the managers back to back. I was asked if I had a food handler's card and said yes. Got a call a few days later saying I was hired.
