Very straight forward. They mostly decide if you’re going to be a good fit with the rest of the employees. It’s like a big family with everyone who works there so you need to be a friendly and stable to be a team member.

very simple, based on personality and competency. a food handler's card was required and you basically just sat down with the employer while other work was being done in the background and you met employee's. you would know if the interview went well or not judging by the fact that a callback was given immediately.
