I applied to a Full Stack Developer at JXT via LinkedIn. The recruitment manager called me and after a 30-minute phone conversation, she invited me to a face to face interview. At the interview, I met the CTO and one of the team members (that later I realized was the Business Analyst) who offered me water and gave me five minutes to de-stress and feel calm. They were upbeat and friendly and started the interview by asking me about my background, my interests and what I do outside work. For almost the first half of the interview there was not any technical questions that were relieving and helped me with overcoming my anxiety. Before the technical questions, their CTO asked me how I would rate myself (in the scale of 1 to 10) in each area and then he asked questions only about things I knew well. Questions were not tricky nor overly complicated. The sent me an official interview result report very quickly after the interview and they invited me to meet the CEO for the next day. I received a job offer soon after meeting the CEO.
