I initially applied for a different position, but after my first Zoom interview, I was told I was overqualified for that role. Then, I was informed that we’d schedule another interview for a sales position. I met with the CEO and two other employees, and the interview went well. After that, I was told I’d be a better fit for their property manager position. That interview also went smoothly, and I was invited for a final in-person shadowing interview. However, I ultimately didn’t get the job. The entire process felt unnecessarily long for such a low-paying position.
