The interview was one-on-one and conversational in tone. The interviewer asked thoughtful questions about my past experience working on related topics, and why I seeking the mentorship from Randy. It felt more like a deep discussion than a traditional Q&A, and I appreciated how they gave space to reflect on both personal motivations and broader issues in sustainability.
