I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at JTS Health Partners
Interview
pretty standard, but they did ask for a two last minute things: 1. a business plan prior to starting. strange because I really didn't know what the company's sweet spot is or what all products/services they have or wanted to focus on. 2. a last minute presentation to 7 folks.
I was hired as a w2 employee and within a few months (4 to be exact) I was praised for all the progress and success that I was doing, but then offered a "comp plan" change that was not a comp plan change alone... it was an employment and salary drastic change and a comp plan change. it was a "will you accept a 1099 position with us with no salary and we will offset that with a few points added to your commission?" I learned since that not only was I lied to by Tom the CPA/CEO about not being the first salesperson but that he lied about many other items to me and that the prior salesperson also was asked to switch from a w2 to a 1099. I would of never even considered JTS if I had been told the truth during the recruitment/interview process.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JTS Health Partners (Norcross, GA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Referred by Avery Partners temp agency. This Agency heavily promoted this scam of a company. Once problems arose early on ,the staffing agency offered nothing to help get away from the sham scam of a company.
