It's a HireVue platform, and you can record your answer twice, which I found is useful for the first-time interview when you get nervous. You can also have 30 seconds to prepare answer.

The question I got e.g. example of global market news that caught my attention, why I am interested in financial services and why J.P Morgan and tell about my acedemic backgroud.
Pymetrics (typical online tests) and then video Hire Vue followed by an Assessment center (multiple interviews) and group dynamic via zoom. Interviews included both fit and technical questions of average difficulty.
