Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. I applied in September and received an email to schedule the interview at the end of December. My interview was the second week in January. The interview consisted of 2 separate phone interviews back to back. They simply asked behavioral questions such as strengths and weaknesses. Also, they asked why JP Morgan will help me achieve my internship goals. The interviews were 30 minutes each. The people I interviewed with were very kind and answered all my questions. 5 days later I was offered the internship.

Interview
Applied on their website for their Launching Leaders program and got an offer to fly out to Delaware to interview for their super day. The super day was well organized and informative. The company did a great job in getting all the Candidates comfortable by allowing us to ask questions with financial analysts and breaking us off into groups. After that I had two back to back 30 minute interviews and heard back within two weeks.

Interview
The interview was straight forward and consisted of many behavioral questions. They focused a lot on learning about the type of person that you were. There were very few technical questions and they also asked some critical thinking questions.
