superday ( 3 back to back interviews 2 people in each one)
here they asked a variety of questions, more behavioral than technical, it was a lot of how do you deal with failures, your excel technical skills, why do you want to work for jp morgan, and what got you into commercial real estate

First resume drop, hirevue, and then a superday lasting 1.5 hours with 3 different groups, and 2 people in each group. Asked basic questions like behaviorals and basic technicals, stuff like why real estate? how did you find out about us? what’s a cap rate?

Interview
First round was a HireVue, and then you go straight into a super day interview. You have to wait like 2 months after submitting your HireVue to hear back from the company regarding a super-day.
