I initially met with an area lending manager and had an interview that consisted of talking about past performance/income and what my future goals were. I then submitted paperwork to get the hiring process started. A few weeks later I met with my assigned lending manager and started employment

Interview
Many interviews, but never with the same person. Difficult to schedule the interviews. All told the interview process took 4 months. There are many departments that needed to interview me. Then, after the interview, you don't hear anything for weeks at a time.
