Had a phone interivew with five people on conference call. Detailed questions regarding background, experience, and hypothetical scenarios on how I would deal with a case.

Lots of phone calls and interview with line managers and director. Didn't get the job in the end. They hired someone internal. Probably always meant to. I don't know why they advertise then hire internally.
