On campus interview. Someone backed out of the job and they we're trying to fill the position quick. There was only one round of 2 on 1 interviews that they used to pick a candidate and you only got 20 minutes to prove your worth. Pretty basic finance questions, why JP Morgan, why Private Banking, etc...

Phone screening, Phone interview, superday. Superday consisted of three consecutive 30min interviews with two members on a panel in each one. 80/20 mix of behavioral to technical questions were asked.

Interview
Very reasonable. All of the interviewers were very nice and the interview was very conversational. Most of the questions are behavioral as the role is mostly relationship based. Included a couple questions about finance and growing the advisory business.
