Tell me how you test the success of a feature you launched
The questions were primarily centered around product management rather than deep technical aspects - areas around - prioritization, roadmap planning. There was also focus on working experience with tools like Jira and other delivery management platforms, particularly in the context of managing backlogs, tracking progress, and driving execution across teams.

Engineering Questions: Please don't prepare too much of the technical stuff. Make sure you know the system architecture of your projects. Most importantly, know your team structure and how you communicate with the engineering team.
