Interview
It was a video recorded interview with quick general questions: why us? what is the market you follow? why this industry? Pleasant experience with unfortunate outcome. No technical issues. Clear explanation. Enough time to answer.
There were 3 questions, and you could record your answers twice. The questions included typical interview prompts such as “Tell me about yourself,” “Why J.P. Morgan,” and a STAR-based behavioral question. Overall, the process was straightforward.
First a Hirevue, which included questions like why JPM, Why Financial services and tell me about a time you had to analyse data from different sources and had to make a conclusion. After that got rejected.
