There are some that are face to face and some are virtual.
Intensive interviews as not all are related to the job but more of your personality.

Anticipate roughly 3 rounds of interview with a heavy focus on relationship building and conflict resolution. Heavy focus on EQ and scenario based questions. Be prepared to give detailed examples

Total 6 rounds of interviews and all about 1 hour long. It gives opportunity to know about teams and the stakeholders. it took around 1 month to complete the whole interview process.
