Interview
Long interview process over 3 months spanning 10 interviews. Each interview I could wait up to 2 weeks for feedback but because the interviews were set up by HR in India this caused a delay. At some point I needed to chase to continue the process.
Four rounds, largely behavioral with a few situational / case-like questions as well. Took a long time to receive offer, but they wanted an answer very quickly upon providing it and also wanted me to start very quickly

strengths and weaknesses. How do you handle pressure
Haphazard and frustrating experience. The HR process felt completely broken—communication was poor, and the recruiter assigned to me was frequently unavailable, making it difficult to get any updates. After a long follow-up, the second interview that the hiring manager had requested was abruptly cancelled. Overall, it came across as unprofessional and disorganized.
