Super friendly and excited to chat. It Was really easy to converse around industry and personal life. Additionally, they made sure fit was a big factor and definitely brought in people from diverse backgrounds

Pretty straight forward process. know your techs and make good conversation. Make sure to network and talk to as many people as possible before your interview. First round was online, and second and third rounds were zoom calls. Tech heavy for second round, superday was mostly behavioral but still know your stuff.
It consisted of 1-2 phone screens. The next round probably would have been an in person super day, but didn't make it. I interviewed very well and was surprised I didn't get the offer. I was told that the reason was because I didn't have as much prior banking experience as the other applicants. It's a smaller place and want interns who have prior knowledge.
