Interview
The process began with a phone screening interview, followed by a 1-1 interview with the department manager. After "passing" the 1-1 interview, I was given several personality and skills tests to complete online. Then, a week or so after completing the assessments, I received an offer.

Question 1
No specific question sticks out in my memory as being unexpected or overly difficult. The majority of the interview questions are behavioral based and aren't too challenging, as long as you're prepared with past experiences to draw from, are able to relate transferrable skills, and present yourself honestly.
