long and drawn out interview process applied a month before anyone got back to me , then it took a next month after accepting offer to actually start working. Interview process very difficult , i had 3 interviews with 3 different managers before i got offered the position . They do give u a little tour educating you about the day to day operation and they actually show you hands on what you would be doing before accepting job offer.
