Straightforward, two rounds. Fairly easy and informed well in advance about the type of interview. Very welcoming and humble interviewers, felt at ease within minutes, hence interview went smoothly. Would try my best again to get placed.

Tell me about an important piece of work you've done where you had to consider customer expectations?
Had the first interview, everything went well, they said they would contact me for the second phase but never did. I contacted them, they again said they would inform me. They again did not reach out to me and when I contacted them for the second time they never responded to my message.

They done normal assessment centre, then had a presentation about the company about their lastest programme. They asked me questions like: why this position? What skills do you have that will benefit this role? What about the company do you know? Explain some processes in manufacturing?
