1/2 hr long interview with HR Manager, followed by a task to complete on the computer (data entry to Excel, based on the provided shipping documents). There was plenty of time given to accomplish this task.

Round 2 with the Business development head - Behavioral + questions on your previous work experience.
You basically had to sell yourself for the job. You have to bring out qualities in you which make you a great fit for the position. They prefer outgoing individuals preferably with prior experience in logistics however it is not a definitive requirement.
