Interview
The person who interviewed me was very laid back and asked super generic questions. He said this positions has a salary of 40k with salary increases every 6 months. He also mentioned that the average work week consists of 50 hours and may have to work Saturdays as well.

It was about 30 minutes in total and asked very generic interview questions such as, "can you work in a team environment?", "can you thrive in a fast paced environment?" , "why are you interested in construction?"
