Telephone interview, then interview in person. Technical questions and general questions. Following from this the interview described what company does and what they can offer their employees. Interviewer was polite and process straightforward.

Was a 3 stage interview process:
1st with recruiter
2nd with Senior Design Engineers, technical questions
3rd with Lead Design Engineers, very technical questions.
I enjoyed the interviewing process and appreciate all the support from the team I worked in during my training period. Be sure to review your materials sciences in offshore equipments. And processes of offshore cable rigging (that is, unloading the cable from ship into the sea/ocean, all the steps involved).
